I have been staying here for about 3 weeks on a work trip. This place is by far one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. The staff, specifically Marissa, Kennedy, Skylar and Richard have been nothing short of amazing. Their perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism is second to none. I love coming back here after working hard all day to be greeted by a friendly face asking how my day was. The house keeping supervisor Della always looks out and makes sure I have fresh towels, a clean room and plenty of those Andes mints. This is the perfect place for an overnight stay or a long trip. Close to everything in a trendy part of the city.

Convenient location near FSU. Breakfast had hot & cold options. No parking fee is a plus compared to other nearby hotels. Artsy shops within walkable distance were worth a visit & unique. Room was spacious & immaculate. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Tried to stay there for two nights and had to cancel my reservation due to no parking in which they also charge $15 per night. They have an "overflow lot" that was also full and even the front desk girl went out to look but couldn't find anything for me. After 30 minutes of driving around they finally offered to refund me fully. Little did I know I was still charged and had to reach out to customer service since the manager Carolanne never responded to my messages or emails. Definitely would not return which is a shame since the Hyatt is normally excellent.

Clean facilities with comfortable beds and modern decor. Close to restaurants and the Capital. Having a bar was perfect for evening networking. The exercise room was always clean and great to have just downstairs. Parking garage onsite a definite plus.
